Just fun pics!

Coop's just going to love me for this!!! He came out of my room today SO proud of himself saying, "HAT!!!!" See pics below! = )

Sad news! Coop hates cowboy boots! I was so excited to finally buy him a pair of Wranglers and boots and the kid just can't stand them. He points to his feet and says shoes and cries! He can't walk or stand up in them. Maybe because they're too big??? I'm going to exchange them for a smaller size tomorrow to see if we have better luck. If not, then I guess we'll just have to stick with Wranglers and sneakers or his other "non" cowboy boots for now! But, someone better tell him that he lives in West Texas and cowboy boots are a MUST....at least every once in a while!! = )

Mom....I've fallen and I can't get up!

Christmas!

We had an absolute amazing Christmas! Cooper loved hanging out with all of his cousins and fell in love with his Uncle Jason! I guess since Josh was working most of the time, he was seeking out some fatherly love....and some good ole tickle wrestling! It was too cute! We don't get to see my brother's family much because they live in Houston, so we really enjoyed having them here this past week! I didn't get many pictures on my camera, but here are just a few!

Even though I got lots of trucks, I was a little jealous of my cousin Belyn's stroller!!!! = )

19 months and a few randoms...

I was reading my post about what Coop was doing at 18 months and the different milestones he had met. I truly can't believe how much he has changed in just a few short weeks. Just a month ago he had about 40 words, now I've lost count!! Speaking of counting, he can count to 4. I usually have to start him out by saying "one", but he finishes it out. He LOVES letters and knows that they have names. He correctly identifies B, C, and O. He knows the letters of his name consist of C-O-O-P-E-R, and will randomly start to spell it out. It's not always in the right order, but he at least gets all the letters right!! = ) He can identify and say circle, star and triangle. This is truly one of the coolest stages ever. Every day he learns something new or says something new and it's just so exciting to see his brain work. Have I mentioned that at 19 months he is still just as delicious as he was the day that I met him....even though he has developed a little 'tude!!!! Here are a few pics of our little stinker!

Why buy expensive toys, when things like this can keep your child entertained for hours? (ok....maybe only 10 minutes....he's got a short attention span!)

I'm coming to get you!!!!

He takes after his momma...loves ketchup....on everything!!!

SaNtA!!!!!

It is safe to say that Coop is absolutely not a fan of Santa! Before we even approached the big man with a white beard, Cooper began his melt down. However, my camera was on the wrong setting, so the priceless pics including the meltdown are blurry. I had to included a few so you can kind of see it, but they just don't quite capture the sadness!! We had to go in for a second time and he didn't cry quite as hard....but he was still pretty unsure of the whole thing! And YES....I had to sit on Santa's lap. Coop latched on to me with a death grip and wouldn't let go!!
